2. Internal process Audit operations are accurate and consistent with Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP)/Work Instruction (WI). (ISO 9001 Internal Audit)
3. Development & Implementation WI and SOP (Process) to be consistent with the business.
4. Project improvement assig by supervisor.
5. Provide advice and recommendations on areas of improvement, key business process risks and
issues that impact business.
6. Monitor making summary reports of overall business process improvement to propose and
improve performance.
7. Consulting and advice on business process excellence of departments as assig by the supervisor.
8. Design and development report engineering use as tools in management decisions.
9. Training staff and Leader when developing processes that affect business processes.
10. Coordinate with management and related functions to deliver service excellent.
