-Oversee and Control on P&L
-Contact and negotiate with suppliers in buying and merchandising products under responsibilities.
-Recruit and conducts training sessions for product & skill development to sale team to ensure their performance reach company goal.
-Help brand manager to initiate and manage product portfolio.
-Contribute new ideas to growing brand and product initiatives.
-Monitor brand budget on a monthly basis.
-Maintain a good relationship with partners.
-Take care of stock report of every channels.
-Recruit and select staffs to match with company objective.
