Representative of Seagate Singapore (internal supplier build hard disk media plant). On site support at Seagate Thailand for all media related from customer/reliability/drive process. Fast feedback to supplier Seagate Singapore for solving issues.
 Daily monitored by data analysis tool on iBSQ trigger, auto report and reliability performance.
 Provided first level data analyzed to identified potential issue by utilized BOBJ,Ecube,Tableau.
 Headed up issue to Seagate Singapore team to understand issue background and follow up corrective and preventive actions. And worked with Seagate Thailand to shared finding root cause, corrective,preventive actions. And also collaborated with counterpart at Seagate China to alert an issues for same practice.
 Quarantined affected part by sorted affected out to avoid affected part escape to production line and disposition on time.
 Support qualification and evaluation all media related by cooperated with other department for improve media performance.
 Continued incoming verification and improvement.
 Monitored current media revision on mass production and new revision in qualification to ensure stable performance and cooperated with Seagate Singapore to continuous improvement on process variation
 Excursion management taking a leadership role to understand the problem and collaborated with Drive&Supplier Seagate Singapore to fast solution.
 Allocated and prioritized management material media inventory as engineering support and media aging management.
 Achieved to RMA/FFU (return/scrap part) reduction project for support scrap cost goal.
 Participated in particle improvement.
 Support qualification to reduce carbon footprint is total greenhouse gas emission.
