Act as Quality Management Representative. This includes:
1.Report on the Quality System Effectiveness to Management.
2.Managing and maintaining the regulatory / QMS documentation.
3.Maintain effective final release assurance.
4.Lead and ensure effective customer complaints handling and resolution.
5.Lead and ensure the effectiveness of internal audits.
6.Ensure effective control of non-conforming product.
7.Maintain the incoming quality assurance system.
8.Assist in the process for supplier / vendor evaluation and ensure procedures are in the QMS.
9.Calibration of all product testing and qualification equipment.
10.Drive timely and effective CAPA resolution.
11.Ensure quality system is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

1.Inspect specified products at specified vendors following the priorities established by Director of Corporate Quality Control.
2.Inspect Medical products by follow Medline procedure at vendors in Thailand for Products i.e Gloves, Drapes, Gowns, Shoe covers, Surgeon Cap, Face Masks, Table covers, Adhesive Tapes, Gauzes and Bandages.
3.Document the results of each inspection to Office on time of specified.
4.Coordinate inspection schedule with all vendors assigned to maximize number of inspection.
