RESPONSIBLE :
• Weekly management meeting with general manager and project manager to communicate any key
dates or issues with production.

• Manage shop floor work centers to prevent bottlenecking, and boost production output by reducing downtime.
• Procure and maintain healthy levels of welding and fabrication consumables. Gas, Welding tips, grinding discs etc.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem solving activities in the operational area and involve with other parties concerned such as, Owner, QA/QC in timely and effectively manner.
• Structure steel production using CNC Machines, fabrication or directly related experience.
• Lead all aspects of the Shop including to managing personnel, production (Fabrication), Inventory, Shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor production output, supervise staff, and ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
• Managing inventory, ordering materials, increasing the efficiency of operations and scheduling production
