Duties & Responsibilities;
▪ Reported directly to Team Manager and Department General Manager
▪ Implementation of new site router integration and new service migration
▪ Responsible for technical support and investigation onsite for PON, Routers, and NMS (Network Management System.
▪ Corporate with vendors (Huawei and ZTE) for the Network design solution, Network Operation, Network Implementation objectives, commissioning and proposal for High Level Design, Low Level Design and Technical Site Survey Report
▪ Managed cross-vendors for the access network design, solution, testing and implementation at onsite
▪ Experienced in network configuration for (L2/L3 VPN creation, Ether-channel creation) for the access network and experienced in VLAN, VPN, L2VPN, DHCP, OSPF and BGP.
▪ Implementation of new site integration and new service migration.
▪ Supporting VLAN design for MSAN (Multiple Service Access Node)
▪ Having the knowledge about Telecommunications, Network maintenance, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting and support Night Operation. Experience in Alarm analysis and system fault.
▪ Manage and Troubleshoot for the Access network performance monitoring and solve the high traffic utilization issues and Daily OLT Traffic Monitoring for FTTH sites for the whole region Myanmar (Huawei U2000, Huawei NCE and ZTE Netnumen
▪ Familiar with Netnumen (ZTE) software, U2000 (Huawei) software
▪ Preparing Method of Procedure, Standard Operation Procedure
▪ Working with rollout project team for new site integration, migration, fibre checking, and instruct onsite team for router connection remotely
Managed vendors in planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing Fixed
network, to achieve network quality and ensure reliability of Fixed network.
▪ Develop practical Fixed network roll-out plan based on high level annual rollout
plan and budget, including CAPEX and OPEX calculation.
▪ Checking PAT PAC HO Document (PSTN)
▪ On Site (PAT and PAC check) –Network Audit, Site Access, Manhole, Pole,
Foundation, Material delivery on site, Equipment Installation, Card, OSP,
Copper Termination, Y splicing, Closure installation, MSAN & DC Jumper,
Checking Sensor, Uplink, Power, Commission and Integration, Pre-Migration
Test, Migration etc.
▪ Surveying/Inspection and created Low level Design, High Level Design
documentation
▪ Site survey and check of PSTN migration process and make migration report
▪ Inspected the MSAN sites and prepare report properly
▪ Provide/support/manage and implementation of Fibre to The Home (FTTH)
services to customers and uplink expansion and troubleshoot for FTTH
service.
▪ Approve the acknowledge activated and cancellation FTTH customer in
Kissflow System
▪ Coordinate vendors and related teams for providing FTTH service in readiness
Phase by Phase
▪ Checking Material Quantity (PSTN/FTTH)
▪ Prepared and checked import license and custom clearance.
▪ Collected concerning information such as subscribers and OSP on correct and
complete scale in order to make the resource management
▪ Participated in study meeting for launching new product, services, and Time
demanding packages in accordance with CCO's initiatives and CTO's technical
advantages.
▪ Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops and participating in professional societies.
▪ Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal
learning and experience on the diverse components of the overall solution
