I am a Process Engineer with 13 years of experience in Process Engineering Design with Chemical, Oleo, Petrochemical and Refinery plants, variety of revamp and greenfield projects for the Technical Bid Proposal, Basic Engineering Design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering Design have been carried out.

I have skills in Heat & Mass Balance development, preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), equipment and instrument sizing, line sizing and specifications, hydraulic calculation, relief/blowdown calculation, HAZOP review, 3D model review and vendor document review, liaison with licensor, vendors, clients and other disciplines. I also have pre-commissioning experience with DPEX project.

I am familiar with client and international standards. And apart from my day-to-day work using all in-house calculation programs. I can do process simulation using most well-known international process engineering softwares such as HYSYS, Flarenet, HTRI etc and has a knowledge of International Codes such as API, ASME, NFPA.

I also have 2 years of experience for using SmartPlant P&IDs (SPP&IDs) and AutoCAD program.
