» Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products.
» Receive the order from customer, prepare the meeting to discuss for schedule confirmation.
» Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates according to customer orders.
» Monitor the daily production output, if any abnormal happen, need to discuss, and take action for recovery.
» Follow up on expedites and urgent shipment requirement.
» Review overall production processes.
» In case of Modify, need to control the last order, materials, price and document and other requirement.
» Report the production result and delivery status to superior person.
