1. Working with vendor and users to implement
ERP (Vantage8 by Epicor ) .
2. Solving ERP problem for example :
user does not found some transaction he just
made in ERP, Transaction missing on a business
report, an user not complete action on his ERP
module and made colleague can’t continue to
work etc.
3. ERP server and file server administrator
. (Backup server by Symantec backup exec,
setup access rights , server maintenance,
moved servers to China site on 2018 )
4. Modification ERP/report as per business
requirement.
5.Training new staff for ERP using, IT policy,
ethernet application,
6. Take care of company’s network.
7. I’m the only one IT officer in Thailand
branch to support 30 local users, 2 servers in
the local site and also working
with headquarter IT department (NY, USA) to
support their global project..
8. Support Asia Pacific company’s branch which
doesn’t have local IT support. (Singapore,
Saudi, Russia, UAE)
9. IT asset management .
10. SCCM local site administrator.
11. Data access security (setup access rights
on file server) .
12. ISO audit.
