Latest working experience. Feb 2020 - Feb 2023 [3 years] Position: QC, supervisor / Laboratory
Products: Prop shaft vs drive shaft Assembly and CNC Machining Manufacturing Components parts. Responsibility:
 Supervise QC, team staff of the QC department for laboratory and QC, In-process 26 people.
 Manage laboratory control the measurements system, Conducting and analysis reports if the measurements result NG,
 Control and monitoring calibration and schedule plan both internal and external of all Equipment's and measuring devices.
 Contact third parties to calibration measuring instruments according standard (ISO/IEC 17025: 2017)
 Receives and approval the certificate of calibration from third party.
 Updated and revise, the laboratory documents, Standard operating procedures WI, SOP and otherฯ
 Management measurement system MSA, SPC, Cp, Cpk monitoring and Training. QC, team and new operators.
 Laboratory preventive maintenance plan of all measuring instruments. CMM, Contour, Roughness tester, Vickers hardness tester, Rockwell, Microscope (Olympus), Mounting, Cutting machine, polishing,
 Calibration Micrometer, caliper Vernier, Weight scale, production gauge
 Gauge and measuring device in-process weekly audit
• Spare part management the measuring tools and equipment's including consumables used in the laboratory and purchasing request
 Collect daily production report records and keep, Take action and finding the root cause of the problem.
 Supervise and training QC team skills up and knowledge to a higher level, Skill matrix update.
 Support customer audit, visit and summary investigation, finding the issue customer complaints and solve problems.
 Implementation of the Kanban board P-D-C-A and management 5M. Changed control.
 Other duties as assigned.
