electrical equipment), Shower enclosure, Component part tank fitting, Bathroom furniture
and Fitting, by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting
and returning unacceptable
- Inspection and approve in-process production by confirming specifications of process and
product; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating quality control for
making decision on operation line
- Outgoing inspection prefabrication product by confirming specifications; conducting visual
and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable, support quality control for
making decision on operation line.
- Responsible for in-process audit of Acrylic Bathtub production and fitting.

- Check for non-compliant materials/key component /product controls to prevent its deactivation
and coordinate with concern section
- Support, follow up and coordinate the mockup status with concern section to ensure
quality and delivery
- Record statistical strategies for collecting and analyzing trends of defects and to prevent
possible defects
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and
waste; inputting data into quality database
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for
repairs
- Support/Follow the corrective action and prevent any potential defects of material,
product to prevent recurrence from the supplier and service the results of the customer
complaints assessment
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures,
complying with legal regulations
- Work arrangement as assigned by supervisor
- Analyze failure; create corrective and preventive action to respond to internal defects and
customer complaints.
- Responsible for verification of New product: Acrylic Bath, Shower enclosure, Component
part tank fitting, Bathroom Furniture and Fitting.
- Develops, initiates standards and Methods for product inspection, testing, and evaluation
- Assist the quality management system in developing and maintaining the ISO9001
procedures and work instructions.
- Additional support Incoming standard documents reviewing of AS LWT product for THL
market.
- ISO 45001 (Health and Safety management Standard) Internal auditee.

REESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCES AT PUMPTEK (THAILAND) LIMITED
- The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments
and revision.
- Control and the distribution of all the company quality and HSE documentation.
- Monitor all quality and HSE related activities on the project.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management.
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor
documentation submittals.
- Attend client quality and HSE management meeting.

point of receipt.
- Perform fully checking all material return from offshore and onshore at the point of
receipt.
- Complete receiving process with confirm PO number, manifest/transmission note,
supplier, item description, quantity, size, class, connection, rating, certificates, testing, MSDS and
any special information where applicable.
- Assist in the loading/offloading of cargos as needed, prepare requisitions, shipping,
receiving and other documents as required.
- Ensure that quality, type and part identification of materials received are in accordance
with the required specification prior to acceptance into the inventory system.
- Responsible for checking cargo and reporting discrepancies in timely fashion, Ensure
accuracy and good condition of material.
- Report any unsafe acts and exceptions to policy including corrective measures, PPE
Compliance, STOP card.
- Report all near misses and incidents and encourage with co-workers.
