1. Bidding of Ocean freight, Customs Brokerage, Truck.
2. Strategic plan and Manage logistics (Air, Truck, Ocean), WH space, transportation 3PL and label change
3. Plan routes and process shipments with privilege, Utilize HS Code, FTA Form, Permit and Royalty.
4. Forecast Q’ty of oversee daily shipments with OTD.
5. Optimize shipment performance to achieve business goals.
6. Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
7. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
8. Contact with government FDA, DFT, Customs and other.
9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
10. AEO Instructions Project.

4. BOI applications for approval machine and stock and formula, apply exemption, refund of duties and stock for materials and machine.
5. Coordinate with all concerning parties to successfully support the consumer demand.
6. Manage day-to-day operations and distribution independently.
7. To management warehouse by 3PL, keeping accurate and efficient stock manage.
8. Relate with Government such as, Excise Dept, Department of foreign Dept, Customs, and other government place.
9. Develop and utilize VMI in organization.

9. Production plan in case of order in Thailand origin.
10. Prepare forecast from customer to ordering and service.
