ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
•Coordinating with Production, Marketing and Shipping Team to ensure timely dispatch of final product
•Administering the warehouse optimization to accommodate the new model parts by reduction in the inventory of the existing model parts by revising the delivery frequency
•Analyzing stock using SBMS (Oracle Software) and informing Marketing Team about the dead stock and over age stock
•Spearheading site operations & activities pertaining to logistics/international logistics, supply chain & customer delivery operations, collaborating with vendors for software/ services expiration & contract renewal, leading performance of all outbound logistics companies and conducting periodic review of delivery performance & budgeting
•Ensuring safety guidelines are followed by employees to create a safe workplace
•Managing customer complaints, following with respective agencies for the clearance and processing for the claim payouts to dealer
•Devising logistics strategy for key markets based on business models incorporating supply chain initiatives/plans
•Imparting training program for the employee (Forklift Training, and BBS (Behavior Base Safety) to continue implement the safety
•Nourishing day-to-day relationship with vendors; ensuring achievement of service and quality norms for smooth flow of operations & supply of required items
•Functioning with Equipment Managers and Suppliers to ensure effective cost reduction strategies & implementation plan
•Monitoring the staff to ensure that company’s Safety, Productivity and Hygiene Policy are followed
