1.Development and trial injection molding or assembly line
2.Preparation PPAP, Support document follow customer requirement.
3.Training and Education of the new model product knowledge to relevent section.
4.Co-operating with relate department to prepare part for co-check, and trial part with customer with summary the result.
5.Reporting to management on the performance of the new model status
6.Interface with customers for new product/process development.
7.Contact suppliers for product and mold ​​improvements.
8.Quality built-up and continues to improvement level of product
9.Responibility of Change control on new model stage and mass production state.
10.Support for customer quality audit and coordination with relate section.
11.Prepare the production line and trial production before transfer to production
