Creating Project Planning by define project’s scope, determine available project’s
stakeholders, resources including allocated budget and appropriated timeline to complete
the project
● Risk and opportunity management by identifying particular risks, opportunities and
market forces during the project and report management to prevent and manage
potential damage.
● Manage procurement to make sure the section goals are achieved, and good corporate
procurement direction is followed. Establish policies, procedures and standards and
ensure conformance to such policies, procedures and standards.
● Oversee activities of workers who buy, sell, and distribute products.
● Leading the sourcing activity for the company
● Looking at all current spending activity so as to be able to identify any cost saving areas.
● Managing, coaching and mentoring other members of the procurement team.
● Setting annual departmental cost savings targets with senior company managers
● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
● Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
● Turn business needs into Power BI solutions including report/ dashboard within function
and hand over Power BI report/ dashboard to end users.
● Provide consultative guidance on end-to-end Power BI solution including producing Power
BI report/ dashboard, fundamental data and technique to requesting stakeholders
● Develop end-to-end data pipeline solution and data related issues met requested data
requirements.
● Gather to understand the existing end-to-end business process as “as is” model
and Identify improvement opportunities and create a “to-be” model
● Analyze the process risks and propose their mitigations and Analyze, translate,
communicate, manage and document Business Requirements
