ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Study and recommend to management on the improvement of process
flow and automation machines to reduce cost and improve efficiency of
production lines.
• Control and manage the Supervisors and Line boys to ensure all the
machines are running at the optimum parameters and the gloves
produced meet the quality and quantity requirements.
• Ensure that quality level for incoming, in process and outgoing meets
company’s goals and Objectives and of the ISO9001 Certification
standard.
• Analyze the lines periodically and perform troubleshooting whenever
required and to report to management accordingly.

• Used TPS tooling to implement new process for preproduction trials,
evaluates and improvement production process for reduce time and
cost for production productivity according to production target.
• Support to creating plan for improvement production process & calculate
necessary stock as sale speed.
