Support the use of SAP system programs as assigned
- Listen to problems from users directly or forwarding issues that information service officers cannot resolve
- Fixed various errors that occurred in the system.
- Support and provide assistance to users (USER) in the use of SAP programs such as resolving issues. or educating and teaching use
- Coordinate internally, externally or between departments on SAP issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Return material error because stock unbalance
- log problems in the system and fix the error
- find quotes with suppiler and raise PR in system
- Manage bills / receive into the system / contractors
- Prepare daily production documents ( ready for audit)

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Conduct laboratory test including chemical and microbiological testing.
2. Conduct Gas chromatography
3. Ensure laboratory practices are compiled to national and international requirements;Support for validation.
4. Conduct incoming/out going inspection of customer supplied product and essential raw material
5. Informing customers in case of reject, loss or damage of customer-supplied product and perform investigation, CAPA
6. Ensuring that all the inspection, measuring and test equipment affecting the quality of the product are properly calibrated in all the company
7. Review routine sterilization process and any laboratory test according customer specification
8. Consult with QCS/QAM to stopping the production process when inspection and test results clearly show that the process is out of control and dose not comply with quality system;
9. Preparing the purchasing specifications for essential raw materials and services;
10. Conduct the commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment
