ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Supports the Manager for the purpose of ensuring the efficient operation of production engineer.
• Primary contact to customer to address customer concerns regarding project timing, quality, delivery, etc.. Responsible for new model reviews, customer QAVs, and any other customer requests.
• Responsible for overseeing and tracking each department's new model activity progress, and initiating and developing control plans, working together with each department to develop corrective actions where necessary to ensure successful product launches.
• Primary contact window between the plant and R&D concerning product design, design changes, manufacturing, technical and development concerns.
• Control period in the production of new tools and new machines to ensure that products can be used based on the customer in the event.
• Responsible for other managerial and administrative needs in the production engineer department when deemed necessary by management.
• Searching new supplier for manufacturing of part which was previously imported from Japan and incurred a great cost.
• Prepare the document and training new engineer to knowledge overall process.

• Control & improvement process for a rubber’s click pad processes begin compression
molding ,line assembly until packing.
• Process performs and document as SOC and LIB if related to process job.
• Overall responsibility for all Rubber Keypad Processes of Manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with other department for every issues which related to SBU
(Sub business unit) Job, continuous improvement and customer’s requirement.
• Training operator to support the production process and quality system.
• Make plan forecast materials in the production process.
• Write and test program for support auto dispenser machine.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Perform cost and price negotiation for tooling of new projects.
• Design review with tooling makers and part designer.
• Check a set of drawings after received from tooling designers.
• Control new tooling according to mold specification that our company requirement.
• Follow-up of the jobs which are running at vender place.
• Prepare schedule for trial, attend and troubleshoot the problems during trial.
• Join mold testing and keep record tooling history since T0 level to T4.
• Responsible for material quality concerns, corrective actions follow-up and verification.
• After receiving the first article inspection report from QC inspector, correct the component for dimension and other defects. Modification if required, taking corrective actions.
• Prepare trial result report and coordinate with tooling makers for tooling repair jobs.
• Maintain all the related documents of mold/die as per TS standards.
• Coordinate with customer for adjust part condition/appearance to approve master sample.
• Training operator to use inspection tool and method after molding process.
• Training mold technician to analyze defect of part during production to assembly.
