ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Direct, control and manage the operation of the following department production, Engineering, W/H, Planning, Quality, Facility, manufacture.
(Casting , Extrusion , Anodizing ,Power coating ,Fabrication and Maintenance )
• Develop and implement any required change to processes to improve output and quality and reduce Cost. (Inventory , machine used ,wastage , material)
• Identify and implement quality improvement programs to improve effectiveness in operation . (Yield analysis )
• Monitor all operations and working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment.
• Maintain the condition of material and equipment, check housekeeping, work condition, and if something is work, make a quick decision and coordinate with all functions / departments.
• Prepare and monitor budget to ensure optimal use of resoureces.
• Maintain regular contact with other functional departments to ensure that they are aware of operational requitements and to ensure the timely identification of problem and timely solutions.
• Control the Delivery of production on time as the customer.
• Oversee all operating processes to ensure efficiency , effectiveness and the safety standard .(safety patrol)
• Excellent leadership ,management ,and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in manufacturing system as well as quality standard (ISO/TS).
