Achievement: Sweetened Condensed Milk/Sweetened Beverage Creamer (Carnation and Teapot brand), Evaporated Milk (Carnation and Teapot brand), MNL Pasteurized/UHT Milk products and Export products either OEM or Nestle brand

■ Responsible for Project Leader to develop some functional drink with many packaging formats such as Glass bottle, PET bottle or UHT with technical Japanese team
■ Contributes to conduct and find out consumer insight by Qualitative/Quantitative research in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial Japanese colleagues to set about business strategy and product portfolio.
■ Plan and manage about some key materials depending on demand & supply situation and find out the best solution to achieve in product cost.
■ Monitor about Consumer Complaint and encourage to set preventive and corrective actions effectively.

Achievement: C-vitt Vitamin Lemon, Orange and Pomegranate (Glass Bottle), C-vitt Aqua Lemon (PET bottle), House Kare’ Japanese Curry.

■ Contribute to OEM selection by assessment regarding feasibility, product cost and margin, production capability and food safety control.
■ Create OEM Manual to control quality and specification.
■ Cooperate with Marketing to determine in NPD concept by utilizing information in product positioning, competitors, trends, consumer insight, etc.
■ Develop NPD with Celebrity Chef to achieve in requirement in Product Concept.
■ Do Product Cost/Price Analysis

Achievement: Fish Burger, Grilled Salmon Teriyaki with Rice, Grilled Salmon Steak with Teriyaki Sauce, Grilled Red Tilapia with Salt, Ramen Chicken withYakisoba Sauce, Ramen Chicken with Khimao Sauce, Salmon Garlic Fried Rice, Fried Salmon Head in Taro Soup, Steamed Dory with Spicy Sauce, Grilled Teriyaki Pangasius Hypophthalmus with Japanese Rice, Shrimp Boiled Rice, Sausage and some NPD will be launched
