ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes -Fleet improvement projects across the organization
-Plan fleet capacity to ensure operations will enable achieving business targets and maintain overall KPI.
-Responsible for maintaining all the field rules and policies, evaluating performance of field employees.
- Support supervisors to deal with fleet’s problems (attendance, behavior, work attitude, Plan supervisor schedule)
-Cooperate closely with customer service, marketing , finance and business development teams to ensure operations enable achieving business targets
-Plan, implement, and manage inventory system to optimize inventory procedures and inventory operation
-Involved in team decisions, hiring and training new supervisors
-Assess and evaluate Supervisors and Fleet team leaders, ensuring they are performing their responsibilities on the field.
Fleet Discipline & Fulfillment Cost
- Fleet safety and increased utilization rate.
- Ensures a balanced capacity with demand by clusters and all operational processes are treated with priority.
Corporate Sale Management
- Managing corporate customers experience by ensuring all PO/Order have successfully delivered
- Support other projects e.g. expansion , partnership

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Responsible for a team of more than 100 members including shoppers and drivers across Bangkok
- Ensure team members report for duty according to assigned schedule and perform their best to keep day-to-day operation running
- Record and responsible for company assets including operations equipment and cash
- Coordinate closely with finance, marketing, business development team as well as business partners such as The Mall/ Big-C/ Lotus's
- Meet fleet members with disciplinary issues to find the roof of the problem and rectify the issue for better understanding
- Other ad hoc matters required by the team
