- Production Planning and Control shop floor.

Painting, Packing, and Subassembly process.
- Determine the amount of necessary resources (manpower, raw materials, etc.)
- Process improvement for reducing the defect of production, cost reduction, and higher productivity.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Report to upper management (CEO) by KPI and business plan meeting

- Improve and issue the standard document in each process. Such as WI/ STD check Sheet/ PM
plan check sheet (cleaning schedule) etc.
