ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Understand/know location of product quality standards and supports TMs attaining daily (feedback/forward abnormal conditions).
2. Ensures TMs understand the andon process to see out of standard conditions.
3. Understands and regularly leads Team problem solving activities – both informal and formal. Correct the root cause.
4. Ensures TMs adhere to/improve process control requirements (QCOS, process control checks, etc.)
5. Develop and continuously improves standardized work with TMs (TL led line balance).
6. Participates in/perform layered audits.
7. Understands and uses the problem escalation process (alert GL, etc.).
8. Performs quality process validation for built in quality requirements.
9. Control quality issue at incoming inspection area
10. Coordinate & control of all operational quality related activities in a shift and area
11. Provide direction to Team Members to help them achieve all required objectives including Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment.
12. Pro-actively looks for problems and empowers the team to make decisions to solve them.
13. Coaching and Team Member to take ownership for their team’s results.
14. Review and Update Job Element Sheet (JES), Task Instruction Sheet (TIS), Quality Alert Notice (QAN), Product Quality Standard (PQS) and process audits.
15. Follow up Problem Communication Sheet (PCS) through the problem solving process and present update at daily fast response meeting.
16. Summarize and publish Quality report (Daily and weekly FTQ).
17. Maintain and update Business Plan Deployment level of each area.

Operate machine and control calorie meter test bench, Noise Vibration test.
- Then prepare the document of safety base on ISO, prepare succession for any save cost.
- Meeting team and record for summary data report test per day and present to Manager.
- Control of attendant for my operator and share idea to be success by team work.
