Duties/Responsibilities:
Self-directive to perform the below job lists.
Reporting to Asst. QC Manager/Section Mgr.(Japanese)
Supplier quality development
Overseeing the printing of circuit boards, electronic components,
press and injection molding
 Define quality control inspection standards
(Function, appearance, dimension, material)
 Follow up countermeasure from suppliers about defective parts.
 Control for all engineering change request of parts.
 Co-Checkwith supplier to verify the quality of components.
(Function, Appearance, Dimension, Color matching, Grain)
 4MProcess auditor of suppliers
 Follow up, check and Approve supplier PPAP

In-process quality development
Surface mounting technology line, Assembly line
 Confirm that 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) conform to drawings,
specification control and control plan
 Analyze problems for the continued process improvement
(Appearance, Function, Fitting with jig )
 Check and control all 4M process changes and updates
 Auditor for in-process audit control
Customer quality systems
 Direct client relations
 Present and explain products function and specification
(Reference with drawing).
 Prepared inspection standard and inspection data sheet and report
result to clients.
 Co-Check fitting and product quality directly with the client.
 Analyze problems and incorporate changes according to client
feedback on such issues as; process fitting, function and appearance
including issue problem countermeasure report to customer.
 Presenting process audits to the client.
 Prepared & submit PPAP to customer as customer requirement.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Self-directive to perform the below job lists.
Reporting to SQE Manager.
 Perform site survey to verify supplier capability.
 Qualification Coordinate Activities.
 Plan and phase out receiving inspection, set up source inspection or
supplier certification program to develop supplier inspection/test
capability to conform as per our instructions.
 Set up real time communication channel with supplier to ensure
that supplier can fully support all requirement at any time and
situation.
 Report back the DPPM of the parts to supplier responsible
person and follow up to ensure that they are plan and act for
continuous improvement.
 Monitors corrective action status for each supplier.
 Develop and work with supplier to improve failure analysis
capability of each supplier.
 SQE must resolve line stoppage problem according to supplier
material where proved by in-process quality team, test or
manufacturing engineer.
 Verify and minimize rejected material.
 Understand how the parts use in production line to ensure
requirement has been carry out to supplier and all part supplier
are best fit for use.
 Understand supplier process and test requirement to ensure the
parts are always produce in the same process and control per
approve parts.
