- Importing products for Michelin Siam Co., Ltd. Handle sea import shipment document processes by sea in order to meet client appointment and inquiry.
- Internal coordinate with each internal department and closely follow up with customers, carrier, transportation company, logistics provider and related parties to operate any transportation tasks as plan for smoothly operation, including internal coordination with customs brokerage.
- Monitoring e-mail and daily job requirements from internal and external.
- Planning shipment, send shipment arrival report and coordinate.
- Monitor customer complaint and any problems caused by operation and also review for service improvement.
- Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
