- Develop monthly summary reports of company expenses and income and control within allocated budget as well as to compare with expenses - income for the past 5 years using data from the AutoFrieght accounting program to generate report in Excel form
- Manage and control overall operations of purchasing activities including receive purchase orders from various departments in the company (golf course and restaurant work) and issue quotations and compare quotations from suppliers, issue purchase orders, coordinate with supplier to place an order
- Monitor work of deliveries, collect documents for payment process that are paid on credit for products that need to be set up for cash withdrawals to buy
- Organize manual database to Golf course & restaurant Software , such as assets cost, vendor list, machine maintenance list, food disciple.
- Manage and control documents such as purchase requisition/project plan for setting up cash withdrawals before making purchases
- Control expenses of Hotel construction project for example, drawing work / main structure construction / interior work / landscaping work, etc.
- Operate payment to suppliers as well as to issue receipts, tax invoices, purchase orders, contract agreement and disbursement
