Responsibility
1.Planing schedule start up/shut down of power plant to be according with other plant.
2.Prepare enough fuel and water heat threatment for system operation of power plant.
3.Assign and management man power accordance with system operation of power plant
4.Plan to control energy and fuel to be using cost-effective and maximize benefits.
5.Review and improve the power plant management plan for maximum efficiency.
6.Supervise employees to perform their duty and procedures correctly assigned.
7.Report the perfomance and improvement of the power plant to owner.
