ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1) Plan and control the experiments of cooked, steamed, fried, grilled, skewered chicken products. And a product group of
frozen fresh chicken parts exported to the EU & Asia market in order to meet the needs of the customers the most and consistent with
the production capacity in the production line to work under pressure and limit of time.
At B.Foods Product International Co.,Ltd , Ajinomoto betagro frozen foods (TAB), Better foods co.,Ltd and affiliates of Betagro.
2) Summarize and analyze the experimental results. Provide sample cost (Lab cost sheet)
3) Take care of customers, present or participate in trials and summarize sample product information with customers
4) Prepare and verify documents related to specification such as Product specification / Raw
material specification / Raw meat specification both new and old, which have been modified
and notify the relevant departments
5) Present document Product Specification / Raw material Specification / Raw meat specification,
Critical control point analysis, HACCP for new products to clarify details to relevant agencies
for acknowledgment.
6) Trial and follow up on the results of commercial product test according to the procedure and conclude the specification.
For use as production control data to get the final product that meets the needs of the customer. Summarize the results of the
experiment and figure out the cost and compare the Lab test and commercial product test /line test to meet the specified time period.
7) Summary monthly report, performance, problems and other performance that occurred during the monthly performance.
8) Make a document of product specification for customer (Questionaire).
9) Solve problems with production department, QC, QA, Planning and related departments.
10) Follow-up of new product production consistency to check with design including suggesting idea to improve.
11) Participate in monthly product cost analysis
12) Do Project TPm, Cost reduction, Improve Yield, Reduce defect / reject, Data base, Work manual, Transfer knowledge and
skills related to work to solve subordinates.
13) Bringing products to be exhibite at Anuga fair in Germany, Thaiflex.
14) Prepare and check the accuracy of the document 19 bis to file tax, make information for requests FDA
(Food and Drug Administration)
15) Participate in WCM (World Class Management) activities in the company.
16) Receive audit from customers / auditor and go to audit supplier.
17) Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
