Management for supporting sale team (Construction Equipment) about leasing, payment solution to win the deal. Coordinate with client (JCB Brand) to propose financial campaign to management team and launching campaign. Coordinate with leasing partner to join financial campaign and prescreen each customer to submit leasing case.
Monitoring AR overdue and negotiate payment solution to customer that overdue payment.
Management and cooperate with JCB for sub-dealer project, explore candidate and contribute sub dealer who qualify of each region.

Management project for Fleet Card product to comply with all applicable laws, codes of conducts, or regulations. Including coordinate with co-brand to PR and launch product.
Develop product to meet market and partner. Along with the management, sales and operations of the team to work on the process.
Monitor and analyze volume merchants, market competition and provide solutions and strategy to all partners. Identify business opportunity and strengthen relationship for merchant acquisition development.
Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction and service.
Collaborate with distribution team and create analysis reports to senior management team to define business direction and plan. Expend new customer and handle existing customer to achieve the target.
