ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Oversee the certification or verification, analysis and quality assessment of products to conform to the requirements of the inspection and control test using a statistical method for summarizing data.
- Control testing of raw materials (chemicals, packaging, latex), in-process testing, product testing and reporting.
- Monitor the calibration or calibration instrumentation and test equipment, monitoring devices, laboratory equipment calibration program period.
- Oversee the activities between the laboratory and external agencies. Contact with outside agencies in sending samples to test.
- Ensuring the Stability time control of all products that are exported.
- Supervise the inspection and testing to validate and verify the laboratory to ensure that the master plan.
- Control and supervise the preparation of the test data analysis, packaging materials, chemicals, rubber and products, In-process to date regularly. And analyze data using statistical methods to analyze data that was used to improve testing.
- Provide advice and training to teach their subordinates.
