- Contact offshore and contactor for request cargo for load out offshore.
- Create Material Transfer Sheet for return materials backload cargo to contractors / services companies.
- Issuing all materials and record documents to excel file.
- Support Document to offshore store man.
- Assist in the loading / offloading of cargos as needed.
- Create Material movement request (MMR) for load out offshore

- Visually check the condition and number of package against with truck delivery ticket before unloading from the truck.
- Update Access data base with details of new incoming project material.
- Ensure material specification is correct against the document and certificate.
- Report Daily Receiving Log to users.
- Transfer material to issuing team for distributer to offshore and keep on the storage shelf.
