ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Process improvement on specific mass production and new products in term of time, cost reduction and production yield.
5. Analysis the root cause of problem in each process (SMT, THT, Mechanical Assy and Test), cooperate with engineering team and customer to solve the problem and provide corrective action.
6. Provide to customer
a. Design For Manufacturing (DFM) together with production engineer
b. Design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
c. PPAP (Product Production Approval Process)
d. Other necessary documentation concerning production process that may require in the future.
7. Define Process Capability
8. Collaborate and Cooperate with Program Manager and Project coordinator in order to provide feedback to customer.
9. Collaborate and Cooperate with Quality in order to provide 8-D report to customer.
10. Collaborate and Cooperate with NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer in order to compile FAI report.
11. Collaborate and Cooperate with production and engineer if there is any require in term of process
improvement
12. Strong analysis of gathering data by applies a broad knowledge of principles and techniques to
effective perform to process route/STD time of new products and complex mass productions, and
purchasing issue (as incorrect processing lead-time, incorrect manpower quantity, etc.) in Axapta.
13. Acting as technical leader in the analysis of operating environment, including process
inefficiencies; conducting comprehensive time and motion studies, and capability studies.
14. Developing and evaluating complex pilot programs, simulation and prototypes; facilitating the
application of new product, new processes and tools.
15. Designing the complex layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency; consulting on
the planning of workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for a plant by works
closely with production and NPI team.
