• Utilities and facility : Canteen, maintenance and Build , PM ,security, maid

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• HRBP: Monitor, manage and review the Human Resources Department; Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development (HRD), On the Job Training (OJT), Skill Matrix , Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Employment Relation (ER). Drug-Free Workplace , Work Permit (MOU) Mynmar
• Procurement: Management and Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the sourcing and procurement of materials used in the business.
• Environment: Management, prepare and report of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or Extension Project to government agency.
• CSR – CMR : Corporate Social Responsibility; Responsible for developing, planning and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Management role responsible for the policy, procedures and measurement of occupational health and safety in the workplace.
• QMR / ISO: Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory or legal requirements.
• KPI: Develop a set of KPIs to monitor the performance for all the department.
• Project Mgt.: Planning and overseeing projects or new business to ensure completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Utilities and facility : Staff dormitory, Canteen, maintenance and Build , PM ,security, maid
• Annual Action Plan: Review annual action plan for all the department.
