- Create monthly production capacity and manpower plans by taking forecast values and customer orders from the customer service department for initial analysis to find product variances and receive news from the customer side to make data, after which the data will be used. The quantity of customer's products is calculated by calculating the time required for production by calculating from the production cycle time, machine efficiency rate, quality rate, using data from the production department of each plant, including the Toyota Production Systems division.
