ตรวจสอบข้อความในสัญญาให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานของบริษัท
ควบคุมกำกับดูแลงาน รปภ. และ แม่บ้าน ให้ได้มาตราฐาน
จัดทำ Stock สินค้า / ของใช้ ของอุปกรณ์ศูนย์อาหารให้มีเพียงพอให้บริการ
รับเรื่องแจ้งปัญหาร้านค้า ลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา ทีมงาน นำมาตรวจสอบ เพื่อประสานงานแนวทางแก้ไข
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

บริหารจัดการร้านค้าในอาคาร ให้มี Occ > 85%
• Lead overall retail initiatives and projects communication; from coordination, presentation preparation and reporting
• Build with Regional Sales Director the sell-out objectives & follow through the implementation of the sell-out strategies to achieve the objectives
• Gather monthly sell out data & feedback for analysis vs. target, competitors and shop trend & propose corrective action plans to further strengthen sell out performance.

• Implements and follow-up on an incentive plan in consistency with the sell-out objectives.
• Follow through on selling skills and counter coaching for upgrading the service level of Retail Consultant team.
• Ensure grooming standards, sales technics, product knowledge are well respected.
• Coach & motivate Retail Consultants to have team spirit and be goal driven.
• Assess Retail Consultants performance on a yearly basis.
• Work hand in hand with Training team to recommend & implement the most effective retail actions on training and client satisfaction projects (i.e., consumer survey)
