- Planning the production within the department, controlling and directing in order to increase the productivity to meet the goals.
- Assign tasks and goals to the line leader. Produced and implemented to achieve the goal.
- Supervise the production staff in the department of 190 people. Organize events and allocate staff to be suitable for production.
- Liaise with other departments to support the production line.
- Improve and resolve product quality problems in the production process.
- Prepare WI documents and improve work procedures and standards.
- Supervise and fix Automation, Robot and other machines when there is a problem in production. Develop and improve machines to have quality and potential
- Follow up and be responsible for KPIs, prepare PDCA, QCC, Kaizen, TPM, 5S within the department.
- Summary of reports Production daily, down time, Detail process, Production shift list and Melt loss monthly report to the production manager.
