- Responsibility New model & APQP program (Kick off new model of customer)
- Generate and prepare documents for new model
- Set up preparation and Submit customer PPAP of new model
- Support APQP team for trial, confirmation and sign off new tools and new process.
- Act as the liaison to R&D for all Departments
- Support Plant-wide problem analysis and prevention activities.
- Resolve complex issues impacting both the product and customers
- Find temporary solutions to issues when essential to sustain safety, quality, and delivery
- Document each defect or issue as needed and issue trouble reports as necessary
- Provide feedback concerning quality issues to the appropriate and or responsible party
