ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Assists Manage to Manager Subordinate's Organization to achive the department 's goals.
• Review and approve process flow and process Instructions for manufacturing.
• Reviews daily yield and out of box (BOA) data for immediate action.
• Instruct process engineer to do failure analysis on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term corrective action.
• Review and acknowlagement the statistical process control managemnet plan (SPC) before implementation into the production fall.
• Instruction and follow the special build requests (SBRs) or engineering evaluation for process improvement and development.
• Review weekly report of inprocess data and process capability data for corrective action.
• Review and approve equipment qualification before release to production.
• Trains and develops subordinates performance and knowledge and ensures efficiency.

• Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them.
