Risk management consultants evaluate the operational processes, process gap,
improvement area, ensure adherence to business requirements & regulations.
• Provide clients with necessary capacity to improve their internal controls along
with corporate assurance frameworks.

• Investigate allegations of cheating or abuse committed by merchants or users.
• Perform field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information.
• Negotiate and restructure restitution proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate with the compliance team to lodge a police report
against possible crimes committed.
• Write and refine the code of conducts and SOP in according to the law of the
land, and industry related regulations
• Coordinate with the legal team to provide deposition strategies and use law
enforcement resources for assistance.

Investigate the facts of all anti selection cases, including witness, evidences
collection to support the decision of Underwriting & all types of Claims.
• Solving cases of varied fields : Murder assessment, insurance claims' issue,
background check, insurance fraud (Application fraud, Claims fraud, Forgery &
Phony policy fraud)
• Travel to find out and seek the insured, applicants, and prospects information.
• Collaborating with customers, claimants, policyholders., for investigating the
scene in an unbiased nature, communicating with other witnesses and physicians
for confirming the exact cause of the situation.
• Combining the reports from physical evidence analysis, circumstances studies,
studying the behavior of suspected.
