ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Role model of safety awareness for subordinate.
- Control and manage direct head count and working hours according to production plan to achieve daily target.
- Establish and monthly verify the skill matrix all operator are meet minimum required.
- To validate and analysis production performance data supplier by production staff and line leader and ensure accurate and on-time in put to daily production report, hour monitoring and loss time analysis.
- Control and improvement manufacturing cost.
- Update and review work insruction according to standard requirement or quality improve.
- Maintain the highest standard of health and safety environment, 5S. and quality system.
- Work closely with team and monitoring daily production result such as yield, quality productivity.
- Coordinating with production control for ensure goods can delivery on time as plan.
- Continuous improvement of production planing line efficiency and quality standard.
- Improve skill of the team to be strong such as operation skills, operation standard, my time skill development, safety a woreness etc.
- Stop production line if there are any problem that affect to safety or quality or machine damaged.
- Justify and request appropriate manpower and over time.
