 Development and control business of Facility Engineering Management and Safety(FEMS)(Focus 4 business is Hospital, Industries, Education and building).
 Development Mobilization team for FEM & FMS focus excellent service(FEMS system).
 Development and control Energy Management focus saving > 3% up per month(Maximum around 15% or 300kTHB/M, focus Operation and skill of staff for operation ).
 Development and control Project Consultant focus co-operation with client(Project improvement & energy saving).
 Development QRSE for result excellent service provide to client focus response of client(Response emergency & request).
 Set up and control internal audit quality focus improvement audit( Audit FEMs system& Mobilization).
 Set up and control training centre team focus main equipment(Analysis and control parameter significant)
 Management utilization man power focus personal staff(Man power & performance staff).
 Management JCI(Joint commission International) focus FMS standard compliant with FEMS focus high standard and good operation(Develop FMS & FEM to new concept is FEMs).
 Control budget about OPEX and CAPEX focus main equipment and overhaul(Manage cost control consumable and budget).
 Set up and control war room data for analysis main data from all building focus data alert for monitor and take action if have significant(Set up IoT for monitor parameter significant of main equipment)
 Motivation team and build new leader focus build leader and everyone are business together(Intensive for KPI & energy keep achievement ).
 All site have KPIs & SLA monitor and also focus qualitative more than quantitative(Focus qualitative KPIs and OKR for staff)
