Handle service product : Carbon Black (Chemical for tire & Rubber)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a process to support decision making and reports that provide solutions to external customers
2. Maintain sales volume to be matched with sales yearly budget
3. Confirm delivery plan both of oversea and domestic clients
4. Prepare an operational analysis of service projects to new customer
5. To analyze and synthesize business requirements
6. Price analysis and compare with raw material trend by quarter
7. Propose and explain solutions to business problems related to internal and external customers
8. Preparation document to support audit yearly plan
9. Analyze problems and outcomes with valuable insights for executives.
10. Use information such as surveys, customer satisfaction reports complaint record
to report result to top Management
11. Worked closely with production manager / Planning Manager & Quality Manager to
launch new product
12. Expand product to new market segment
13. Improve marketing plan & CSR activities
