- Assist passengers and perform required transactions at Check-in counter and at the Boarding gate
- Perform Check-in procedure and provide flight information to passengers
- Perform Customer Service to collect Excess charges and other Miscellaneous charges
- Perform Gate Controller to control and ensure flight smooth depart on time
- Monitor new joiner and junior staff performance to ensure smooth operations
- Assist Supervisor to lead the team handle with disrupt flights (Flight delay or Aircraft on Ground)
- Assist new joiner staff as buddy and assist in their on job training and knowledge
- Coordinate with inner and outer organization for smoothly operation of every flights
- Perform Baggage Service Agent, assist passengers with missing/delayed or damaged baggage
