 Responsible for all registration processes of the imported products (Fresh Foods, Dried Foods, Food Products, and Beverages).
 Make tracking records of all applications being in a registration process.
 Pursue the registration process to seek approval timely.
 Provide a regular report of registration applications and progress.
 Coordinate with local and regional teams to assess formula, raw materials specifications, etc. related to products that are planned to be sold in the future.
 Coordinate with a laboratory accredited by government officials for testing products samples according to meets FDA regulation.
 Provide advice to Buyer, Marketing, and QA teams on requirements of FDA for import and domestic product, product changes, quality testing requirements, product labeling, and advertising.
 Support Buyer, Marketing, and QA teams concerning food regulation.
 Ensure the product labeling and advertising complied with the regulation, company guidelines, and policies.
 Support technical knowledge about label claims and advertising.
 Keep updated on FDA regulations and enforcement.
 Planning, undertaking, and overseeing product trials together with the Buyer, Marketing, and QA teams.
 Maintain and build up a relationship to run the business smoothly with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), Office of Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), Thai Customs, and Others.

- Responsible for all registration processes of all XSTM products and some NutriliteTM products (Dietary Supplement, Beverage, Food, Energy Drink, and Snack).
- Responsible for registration of advertising of the company.
- Maintain and build up a relationship with FDA.
- Provide advice to product development and marketing teams on product changes, quality testing requirements, product labelling, and advertising.

- Planning, undertaking, and overseeing product trials together with the product development and marketing teams.
- Responsible for renewing and adding the scope of import license.
- Use and manage Product Lifecycle management system (PLM) for responsible projects.

 Responsible for all registration process of all advertising, dietary supplements, exported and imported projects related.
 Support marketing team concerning the regulation of advertising issues, such as helping created and adjusted some scenes or some sentences, by marketing team still pleased and can used, but still complied with FDA regulation.
 Responsible for providing advertising advice, whether it be branded or unbranded on tv, social, radio, billboard etc. with marketing team, trade team, direct business team and agency.

 Coordinate with regional about certificate of free sale from Thai FDA of exported products for registration process are complied with the imported country relevant regulations.
 Contribute to validate product labeling and packaging design based on regulatory framework, self-regulation, company guidelines and policies.
 Planning, undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections.
 Responsible to inform all concerns about the important issues that may impact to products or launch plans to company, such as FDA’s consideration or any changes that may affect to company.
 Maintain all licenses with Thai FDA.
