• Routine job
- Receive the specification of new model tires from Japanese. Then i make the
production preparation. (APQP) (Condition setting > trial > Quality confirm > Procedure)
- I'm assigned to focus and solve problem on Curing process, all of mold in plant
and bladder injection.
• Non-Routine job
- Process Improvement idea, Mold maintanance and modify check and confirm
before production

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Production line preparation for support the New project,Improvement, CR activity,
Customer requirement. The working principle of each project is similar as follows.
1. Changing point study - Identify the impact of the change.(Layout, 4M, Safety,Qualiy,Maintanance)
2. Operation preparation schedule - To check Lead Time and control the work from start to SOP.
(Milestone,Detail schedule)
3. Investment plan - Estimate for book invest, Payment plan ref OP schedule
4. Grade approval - Requesting budget approval from top management. (Detail of budget,
merit and payback period calculation)
5. Spec sheet approval - Layout,Equipment design,M/C design need to approve from all concerned.
6. Quotation and order - Use spec sheet approved for get quotation, compare and bidding
then Ordering and fix payment terms
7. Equipment preparation - Detail design with maker, Fabrication , Installation (Base on Hino standard,
Company policy, Safety policy)
8. M/C trial and Quality confirm - Test machines to meet standards and Countermeasure problems
encountered in trials. Condition fiding. Then Produce the product for Quality confirm 100% pass
9. Handover - Create a standard document that stores all the information to handover
the production line to the production department.
• Process responsibillity : Body part production - EDP&Topcoat,Plastic line (Main)
Truck Assembly- Frame line,Trim line,Final line,out line (Rotate)
• My highlight project is TD project ,It's a project to build a new truck manufacturing plant.

My task is New Paint line preparation, Main target is "CR 50%" . The target value setting are Safety&ES
,Workability,Running cost,Investment,Environment,Quality. The investment I had control was 377.9 MB
The installation and trial was successfully completedThe results collected from the machines installed,
is on target.TISI was approved process. Phase 1 production will begin on the Oct of 2021.
This project gave me how to solve the many problem. I have worked a lot on feasibility job.
Learn deep technic about the process that I administer.Working with multiple parties to complete
the project.
• Report job : Project Progressive report, Excecutive monthly report(Summary progressive overall
of my team and KPI result update), Feasibility report , Project Readiness confirmation report. etc.
