ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support debt collection monitoring and business operations.

- Analyze statistical and operational data to provide accurate insights for debt tracking, resolution, and performance improvement.

- Develop and enhance reporting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of report delivery.
Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring reliable reporting and accurate debt categorization by product and performance.

- Design and automate reporting solutions using advanced Excel tools to streamline data processing and analysis.
Track productivity, KPI performance, assignments, and incentive calculations to support management decision-making.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data and reporting issues.
Provide guidance and support to operational staff on reporting processes, data interpretation, and issue resolution.
