ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Management and control BOI, import, export, visa, work permit and control cost saving project work.
- Able to solve the max stock problem of companies stuck in the import of raw materials and can complete the fix
in less than 3 months.
- Lead and management BOI functions based on regulations and criteria on materials, machine, visa and work premit.
- Coordinate with team regarding BOI privilege transferring for both BOI suppliers & indirect customers.
- Handle all communications including document preparation with suppliers to align with duty exemption applies
on company business including aligns and adjusts new regulation implementation into organization.
- Monitor all papers work regarding the BOI master machinery lists, material list according to BOI’s, government
department regulation and requirements.
- Prepare document for submit application for request now project to BOI for approval (2 project).
- Handle and apply report 6 month, yearly document to BOI for accept and approval.
- Control raw material all process (import raw material and export FG movement, scrap, return raw material,
machine and parts).
- Control and checking all max stock and formula process for submit document to BOI for approval.
- Coordinate and control oversee BOI related issues including import raw material or related equipment
under BOI privileges.
- Control and handle all process of eMT,RMT's, EMT online and RMTS online system under BOI work.
- Prepare and checking all document for submit document to BOI for full process (Open BOI project = 3 project).
- Review all process and follow up to refund tax from Thai Customs Department (Can refund tax back = 10 million baht).
- Set up system for control BOI raw material stock and rewiew stock balance for every month.
- Set up RTV control system for control RTV movement.
- Management and saparate 4 BOI project in same time.
- Prepare document for close project with out working to BOI for approval (3 project).
- Implemented to combination of 2 project into 1 project for easy control.
- Review and control document for request visa and work permit for submit document to BOI for approval.
- Excellent knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import & export, customs regulations,
HTS, trade agreement for each region.
- Knowrage harmonized tariff classfication (HTS) for declare and clear import and export shipment to Thai customs.
- Knowrage certificate of original (C.O. Form) for declare and clear import and export shipment.
- Control and management for work with freight forwarder to clear import and export shipment.
- Cost control and management forwarder for support import and export shipment and report to management.
- Summary and compare import and export cost to management for review and approval.
- Solve problem in import, export work and Thai customs process.
- Review all document (invoice, packing list, draft entry, B/L etc) before submition to Thai customs.
- Management, set up and report freight cost saving project to president for every month.
- Lead, review and report cost saving project management to president for every month.
- Conduct an audit of the cost saving of the work assigned from president and report on the reduction of expenses
after completion.

- Able to solve the max stock problem of companies stuck in the import of raw materials and can complete the fix
in less than 3 months.
- Solve problem in import, export work and Thai customs process.
- Cost control and management forwarder for support import and export shipment and report to management.
- Review all process and follow up to refund tax from Thai Customs Department (Can refund tax back = 25 million baht).
- Management and control for clear BOI scrap and create scrap value.
- Coordinate with 3 party for scrap inspection and get certificate to confirm scrap quantity.
