ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Interact with company partners (over 465 partners in portfolio) on a daily basis for business functions; consignment products replenishing, report updated stock and production planning to meet sales guideline.

- Determine the quality standard for every product and persuade the QC team to assure the implementation and regulation are strictly followed; to prevent the problems and return from the customers.

- Organizing new pattern of warehouse and integrate the full system of barcode scanner to the company, resulting in increasing of products delivering time, accuracy in cycle count or annual audit and as well as decrease the stock discrepancy.

- Manage warehousing and storage practice for entire facility with the quantity of more than 100,000 products valued over 100 million THB are under supervision.

- Maintain record of receipt and documentation to ensure accurate inventory account and able to track the lost if occurred.

- Experience in strategic planning and team performance evaluation; assign individual goal and define KPI to team members accordingly.

- Review, analyze and approve the loan application for the company partner ranging from $1,000 - $15,000 each in order to accommodate the replenishing strategy.

- Responsible as a CSR Project Manager; propose, coordinate, fundraising and consult of the company CSR project.

- Define, propose and implement the monthly production of each rubber products to match the current market demand.

- Oversee and supervise 7 production plants in all procedures including rubber tapping, receiving of latex, production quality control and shipping.

- Recruit, hire and train employee on manufacturing functions; conduct possible highest production standard and quality orientation; assure that established policies and procedure are followed.

- Develop the production schedule in conjunction with General Manager; plans, direct and assign production schedule to each production plant and monitor closely to meet our deadline.

- Established new distribution channel such as cooperatives and maintain local contractors a good relationship for competitive price and revenue generating capability of the company, resulting in 200% increasing revenue compare to the regular channel.
