• Install and configure the Micros Oracle Hospitality F&B product suite (Micros
Simphony, Report and Analytics)
o Create Menu Item
o Create Group Report (Food. Beverage, Wine, etc.)
o Create Zone / Menu Destination
o Kitchen Printer, Kitchen Display
o Discount, Promotion, Service Charge, Vat
o Payment, Page Design, etc.
• To training for customer
• Provide service and support for customer
• To responsible for import/export from database according to customer requirements.
• Set-up the interface with other systems. (Telephone application, Key Card Systems,
Accounting Systems)
