and EmJoy projects, The Mall Bangkae Water Park
the renovation project, The Mall Bangkapi renovation project
and the Bangkok mall project by attending to one of the projects
team, studying the initial feasibility of the Fes project,
marketing feasibility, studying the chance to compete with
the competitors in the market, studying the related laws.
Design for theme, values, and strategy of the project, that
suitable and advance enough to be competitive in the market.
Plan the financial plan for control the budget of the project.
Plan the construction schedule, handover schedule, control
all construction process in condition of the project must
the finish on time, on budget, have good quality and don’t have
any accidents.

Be in charge of the project development by studying the initial feasibility of the Fes project, marketing feasibility,
studying the chance to compete with the competitors in the market, studying the related laws. Design and sketch for the company’s projects, that are suitable to be competitive in terms of the products and selling price, for both exterior architecture and interior architecture, landscape architecture, and related engineering. Do the report of environmental
impact analysis for the horizontal housing estates, high-rise
apartment buildings, office buildings, hotels, department stores, community malls. Find new materials to be utilized for the products of the company and to add value to the products. Improve the company’s products to be better in energy saving than it has ever been recently.
